Think rich caramel and vanilla upfront, with a crème brûlée richness. The spice does kick in, but it's a slow burn on the finish, like caramel chews with a hint of anise. Aged a minimum of three years with custom toasted French oak spirals, it drinks beyond its age, lacking any harshness.
